Jeff Fusco

Jeff Fusco is a life science leader with over 25 years of experience across various top-tier organizations, including Accenture, Veeva Systems, IQVIA, Pfizer, Wyeth and Merck & Co. Prior to joining Trinity, Jeff led Global Partnerships Strategy, Programs and Operations at IQVIA. Throughout his career, Jeff has consistently led highly effective global teams and delivered transformational capabilities and business results in complex cross-functional work environments, both domestic and internationally. Areas of expertise cover digital customer engagement, alliance partnerships, commercial and sales operations, and program and account management.

Nancy Phelan
Senior Vice President & Head of Customer Engagement

Nancy is a recognized industry thought leader and expert in customer engagement and omnichannel, with a proven track record of pioneering digital first and data driven approaches to drive performance and achieve outcomes in life sciences. With over 25 years’ experience in the biopharma and service industry, she has led significant transformation across industry spanning organizations including Novartis, BMS and Pfizer. Her track record has been recognized by industry including MM+M Woman of Distinction, DTC Hall of Fame, PM 360 ELITE Digital Crusader, Working Mother Cover Mom and Pharmaceutical Executive 40 under 40. Nancy is motivated to disrupt the status quo and improve the quality of life and health outcomes of people around the world through designing more authentic, personalized interactions and access to information.

Kevin Francis
Partner, Customer Engagement Strategy

Kevin possesses nearly 20 years in biopharma commercialization analytics and strategy and leads Trinity’s Analytics Strategy and Growth. Over his tenure, Kevin has consulted with more than 150 pharmaceutical and medical device organizations on hundreds of engagements to support their data, analytics, technology, and insights needs across the product commercial lifecycle. He has a deep passion for understanding his client’s needs and implementing the right solutions.

Mihales Karasavas

Mihales is the co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of BridgeView Life Sciences, his third private venture. As a Life Sciences customer engagement and product launch specialist with 20+ years delivering orchestrated solutions, he has supported products, biologics, devices and therapies spanning the spectrum of Life Sciences. For the last 8 years, Mihales has almost exclusively focused on planning and enabling Commercial capabilities for Emerging Biopharmas to help them avoid the pitfalls of first product launch readiness and establish a compliant yet competitive suite of orchestrated-customer engagement processes, technology solutions and campaigns to drive engagement, activation, performance and outcomes.
