Director, Business Development

BridgeView Life Sciences is hiring a Director, Business Development to drive growth across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organizations. This role is responsible for building and expanding strategic client relationships, driving net-new business, and positioning BridgeView Life Sciences as a trusted IT and transformation partner across the life sciences ecosystem.


The ideal candidate brings strong consultative selling experience, deep life sciences technology knowledge, and a proven ability to grow both new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
  • Drive sales of BridgeView Life Sciences services across assigned life sciences accounts
  • Develop and manage executive-level client relationships (CXO and VP)
  • Open new client accounts and expand existing relationships
  • Position BridgeView Life Sciences as a strategic IT and transformation partner
  • Identify new partnership and growth opportunities within accounts
  • Manage contract development for product licensing and IT services
Targeting & Messaging
  • Partner with leadership to identify priority market segments
  • Collaborate with inside sales teams to develop targeted account lists
  • Develop sales collateral and messaging (sell sheets, value propositions)
  • Conduct direct outreach to prospects and clients
  • Gather market feedback to inform service offerings and product roadmaps
Partner Alliances
  • Manage select data and technology partner relationships
  • Identify joint sales opportunities with partners
  • Plan and execute co-sponsored events and solution campaigns
  • Develop co-branded sales collateral
Conferences & Events
  • Identify industry conferences and events for BridgeView Life Sciences representation
  • Support planning, coordination, and attendance
  • Pre-schedule and conduct meetings with event attendees
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or related field
  • 10+ years of sales or business development experience in life sciences
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to drive net-new business (hunter mindset)
  • Proven success growing and expanding existing accounts (farmer mindset)
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
  • History of selling $3M+ in annual total contract value (TCV)
  • Existing network of life sciences clients and decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA and patient data privacy requirements
  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–50%
Preferred Experience

Sales specialization in one or more of the following Life Sciences technology areas:

  • Commercial Information Management & Analytics (MDM, DW, BI)
  • Specialty Data Aggregation
  • CRM platforms:
      • Veeva CRM
      • Salesforce (Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
      • Marketing Cloud (Non-Personal Promotion)/li>
  • Veeva Vault (Content Management, MLR / PRC)
  • IT Advisory Consulting and IT Roadmap development
  • IT Program and Managed Services
Sales experience across:
  • SaaS product sales
  • Commercial IT transformation services
  • Commercial IT managed services and renewals
Soft Skills / Key Competencies
  • Strong consultative, solutions-oriented selling approach
  • Ability to influence Director through C-level executives
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong account planning capability
  • High ownership and accountability in fast-paced environments
  • Strong collaboration with inside sales and delivery teams
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape

Implementation Project Manager

BridgeView Life Sciences is hiring an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead commercial data platform implementations for pharmaceutical clients. This role requires hands-on delivery experience, strong communication, and a deep understanding of life sciences data operations.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong background in Commercial Data Management
  • Proven experience implementing Data Warehousing and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Productivity Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
  • Project Management Tools
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI, etc.)
Experience using one or more of the following:
  • Smartsheet
  • MS Project
  • JIRA
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with:

  • Snowflake
  • Reltio Master DataManagement
  • Power BI

Business Application Analyst

BridgeView Life Sciences is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of commercial data platforms for pharmaceutical clients. This role requires deep knowledge of life sciences data operations, strong documentation skills, and experience turning complex requirements into clear specifications.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong background in Commercial Data Management
  • Proven experience supporting Data Warehousing and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Productivity Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
Business Analysis & Documentation
  • Experience documenting business requirements
  • Experience creating data flow diagrams
  • Experience building data dictionaries
  • Experience documenting data integration specifications
Experience using one or more of the following:
  • Snowflake
  • Reltio Master Data Management
  • Power BI
